1. Run Etcher with Elevated Privileges (sudo) 

macOS Big Sur has strict security settings that can block Etcher from performing raw disk access. Running via terminal often bypasses this.

• Close Etcher.
• Open Terminal.
• Run the following command:
• sudo /Applications/balenaEtcher.app/Contents/MacOS/balenaEtcher
• Enter your password and attempt the flash again.

2. Grant Full Disk Access
